Returns & Exchanges Policy
Online Returns
offlimits.co.in is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you.
Items returned within 7 days of delivery, in the same condition as new, will be eligible for a refund. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Note - Reverse Pickup Charges will be borne by Customers 100/- or More on COD orders, Subject to the Count of Shipments (Will be Finalised By Customer Support Consultant at the time of Accepting Return Request)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Please keep the tags on any item you’re considering returning until you’re certain you want to keep it. If the tag is removed or lost, we may refuse to accept the return.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Apart from items purchased during the End of Season Sale (see below), all other sale items are final purchases.

End of Season Sale Returns
During the End of Season Sale period (15 June 2026 – 29 July 2026), only product exchanges are allowed — no returns or refunds. Exchanges during this period remain subject to the eligibility conditions above (item unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags intact).
Return Exceptions
Returns generally take 2-4 weeks to process. Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
